Non Revenue Water (NRW) is the difference between water that is supplied into any system and water that has been billed.
NRW is a result of “Physical losses” (Leaks, Overflow, Etc...) or “Commercial Losses” (Inaccurate Metering, Unauthorized Consumption and Unbilled Consumption).
It is important for any type of business to produce or commercialize their products ensuring the lowest losses possible, while preserving the environment.
NRW Reduction must therefore be achieved by a methodology which introduces sustained results in the quickest, possible time. |
